Notable updates for 2026:
- We’re aiming to welcome up to 325 starters. Guaranteed entry for up to 75 VIPs!
- One start for everyone at 09:00. Cutoff times at aid stations
- Seventeen (17) free Saturday morning training events to help make sure you get to the aid stations on time and finish within the eight (8) hour time limit
- Registration opens at 06:00 (vs midnight in previous years)
Register for the 2026 Marathon Shuffle
Registration opens on 1 February. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration closes on the Wednesday before the event or whenever all starting slots have been taken, whichever comes first. Applicants will then go on a waitlist. Note that in 2025 the event filled in 3 days.

You will need a user account to register for the Marathon Shuffle. We use a professional registration system by Karelo to manage your contact information, waivers, emergency contacts and withdrawals. Assume it will take a few minutes to create a user account if you don’t have one from a previous Shuffle. If you can’t recall your user name or password, please contact Karelo for instructions on how to get access to your account.
If space is available, you will need to pay a $10 non-refundable registration fee, so have your credit or debit card handy. If all entries have been taken, be sure to sign up for the waitlist.
When you’re confirmed to start in the 2026 Marathon Shuffle, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information. Please be sure to save that note as you will need your account number to withdraw or change your contact information.
