Most notable updates for 2024:
- We’ve increased the number of registrations to 275 (almost double 2023)
- In a world where most comparable events cost well over $200, the Shuffle will remain free.
- We will be providing free buses to get you to the start. Buses will pick you up from both the Westview ferry terminal and the ShingleMill Bistro (finish area).
- We use a professional, registration system (Karelo) to manage signups and withdrawals. Despite the event being free, there is a non-refundable registration fee of CDN$10.
Register for the 2024 Marathon Shuffle
Registration opens on 1 February. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no wait list and there will be no day of event registration. Registration closes on the Wednesday before the Sunday start or when all starting slots have been taken, whichever comes first.

We need your current contact information in case of emergency. This information is stored in a confidential user account at Karelo. Assume it will take a few minutes to create a user account if you don’t have one from last year. Note the email you use to register and your password! If you can’t recall your user name or password, please contact Karelo for instructions on how to get access to your account.
If space is available, you will need to pay the $10 non-refundable registration fee, so have your credit or debit card handy.
When you’re confirmed to start in the 2024 Marathon Shuffle, you will receive a confirmation email with some additional information. If you are registered and can’t make it, please use the registration system to withdraw.
